The damages phase of the case is continuing and if you have not already done so, please go to the secure Claimant Portal to access the document-collection checklist so that you can collect and send Plaintiffs’ counsel additional documents needed for your individual damages assessment.

Additional information from Plaintiffs’ counsel, including information about the status of settlement negotiations, how to begin preparing for individual damages hearing, as well as the document collection checklist can be found on the secure Claimant Portal.

If you have forgotten your claim number, you can retrieve it from the Claimant Portal.
